show Abstracthide AbstractThe Burkholderia gladioli strain MAFF301064, originally isolated from freesia, is a culture collection deposited in the Genebank project at National Agriculture and Food Research Organization. This strain is reported to exhibit biocontrol activity against the rice grain rot pathogen Burkholderia glumae and the rice seedling blight pathogen Burkholderia plantarii. To analyze the gene functions of B. gladioli MAFF301064, we sequenced its genome using a Nanopore PromethION sequencer, assembled it with Dragonflye, and annotated the genes using the D-FAST pipeline.
